About me

I am a Senior Artist who has been in the games industry since January 2001. I create professional level, optimized low and high polygon models using Maya and 3ds Max. I create the highest quality textures using Photoshop. In creating artwork I call upon more than technical accuracy and use my traditional artistic skills, eye for detail, sense of design and style to create artwork to the best of my ability. I am also an enthusiastic and well motivated artist, and mentor, who thrives on a sense of achievement.

Sid Meier's Ace patrol: Pacific Skies
Working on Ace Patrol: Pacific Skies as a Senior Artist I did the following:

  • Created all terrain / environment/ skybox textures and models.
  • Modeled and textured all buildings.
  • Modeled and textured two planes B-25 Mitchell, and P38 lightning
  • Modeled and textured two ships, USS Arizona, and Yamato
  • Created all mission screen artwork (some assents in screens by other artists and are noted)

  • Sid Meier's Ace patrol
    Working on Ace Patrol: as a Senior Artist I did the following:
    • Created all terrain textures and models.
    • Modelled, unwrapped, and textured several planes.
    • Created all the pilots, and their promotion uniforms, and medals.
    • Modelled, unwrapped, and textured all the vehicles.

    Working on RCX as an Artist I did the following:
    • Modeled and textured all the in game Subaru’s and their interiors.
    • Created a very high poly Subaru 2001, and renders for promotional purposes.
    • Created various props, and textured some of the other rally cars.

    Hobbies and interests
    I enjoy watching, and creating all things Sci fi, and I loved working on the Battlestar video game, and the Warhammer demo. I like concept art and enjoy looking at artwork created by other people. I have a passion for all things creative, and I constantly try to improve the quality of my work. I like watching the science and history channels. My favourite films are Bladerunner, Pi, Alien, Aliens, Predator, 2001, and The Shawshank Redemption.
